Open and Affirming is an official designation of congregations in the
United Church of Christ which make a public covenant of welcome into
their full life and ministry to persons of all sexual orientations,
gender identities, and gender expressions. Affirming the full inclusion of gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgender persons in the church's life and ministry.
Chapel Hills’ Covenant was adopted by a unanimous vote
on September 30, 2018.

Here’s what you can expect on a typical Sunday morning:

Main Floor handicap accessible through front main entrance

10:15 a.m. worship service typically lasts about an hour

Communion on 1st Sunday of the month

Coffee, snacks, and community fellowship after service

Nursery for infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children available year-round

Sunday School on most Sundays (Sept through May) from 11:15 to 11:45 a.m. for children ages 5 & older
